Hi and welcome to the forum.
I see from your profile that you are installing either Core or Pro, so it will be the Gnome DE.
Do you know what graphics your machine has? (e.g. Nvidia, AMD or maybe Intel)
Can you tell us more about your machine. Make and Model would be good.
Which USB installation tool did you use? and did you choose MDB (legacy) or GPT (UEFI) option when creating your boot stick?
Are you dual-booting alongside Windows? is the new SSD the only SSD?
I use nvidia 5080 video card
My processor us an i7 13900k
Ive used rufus ive tryed mbr and gpt
My other ssd had zorin 18 on it but it worked fine
Now with my new ssd it keeps showing logo (zorin) and mobo (logo)
It sound like you have a fairly new PC, so I would expect UEFI not Legacy BIOS setup. But you should go into your BIOS and check yourself.
Whilst in BIOS, also check that TPM2 is disabled.
If you have your boot stick available. Boot the USB stick and look for "Boot Repair Disk" app which should be included in the distribution.
Try running that and see if it helps.
Otherwise run Gparted and post as screenshot of the partitions on your SSD.
Note: Some basic pre-installation advice can be found here: Before you install
If i try zorin os. Its saying
Oh no! Something has gone wrong system cant recover only option is to logout
Its not bios ive reseted everything in bios
Is there an otherway to go in the disk recovery app?
I tryed installing it again.
All settings normal in the installation. Just defaulth settings and still only zorin logo.
Lets go one question at a time.
Is your BIOS setup for UEFI or Legacy?
I downloaded an older version and make usb stick and that one just booted and i can update it from zorin os itself so it works now dont ask me how but it works
Sounds like the system was doing/setting something up in background then a restart solved it. some times on certain system it may take several restarts before it boots correctly...not all the time tho
It is important to check the SHA256 checksum of the downloaded .iso against the published value. That way you test that the .iso is not corrupted during download. Maybe you had a corrupt .iso of 18.1 first time round.
Yes. 18 should update to latest point version i.e. 18.1, so that is a valid method.
Is it Core or Pro that you have? Both are listed in your profile.
As you say you are now up and running OK, I have marked your post #7 as Solution.
