I think I finally found the cause of this mysterious pattern.

Today, I was cleaning my monitor and there was this difficult to remove dirt and I had to press hard there. I then see the similar pattern on my monitor.

I think @Jeslin's monitor got a small dirt particle trapped between the flame of the monitor and the LED. After opening/closing the monitor a few times or cleaning it a few times, this particle would drop inside the flame without any ill effect and everything returns to normal.

To avoid this, it is important to keep the monitor clean all time.

That could be the case as laptop was dirty the first time it occurred.

I bought it 6 years ago and there is more than half bottle remain after a regular use. The solution does not lose its effect after all those years.
