I searched it in google and found an article where it said to edited visudo with nano/vi.....but my OS doesn't have them by default. Please let me know if anyone could help, As i'm new to Zorin OS and this forum too.

I suspect new user account will default to 'standard'. Just open users with primary user, go to Settings, then Users and change from standard to administrator. That said for added security you should create a separate administrator account, make all other users standard and when wanting to install anything, users should get asked for admin password. That is how it works in MX-Linux xfce which is same DE as Zorin Lite.
