So I've decided that I'm fully going gonna use Zorin Lite from now on and I wanna remove Zorin Core since i don't use it anymore and I don't wanna keep something in my computer that I don't use
You can run
sudo apt remove sorin-os-desktop && sudo dpkg-reconfigure lightdm
The reason for the second command is to ensure that your display manager remains configured, since removing the Core D.E. will also remove GDM. It should be fine... but since I am not certain that you configured your Display Manager when you installed the Lite Desktop...
I did costumized the theme of LightDM
--> (Customizing Login Screen (ZorinOs Lite XFce)) does that matter?
No, it will not remove the configuration files you created using lightdm-gtk-greeter-settings. That name is a long one to type out.
That developer needs to change it.
Thanks, I've ran sudo apt remove zorin-os-desktop && sudo dpkg-reconfigure lightdm.
I saw this in Software app, do you htink its safe to delete it?
That is a dependency for a Flatpak package.
Whenever you see a Gnome dependency in Zorin OS 17 higher than Gnome 43 - or in Zorin OS 18, higher than Gnome 46, it is a flatpak (or maybe Snap) dependency.
If it shows as installed, it may be that a Flatpak you installed pulled that dependency in. You would need to first check if you have and are using any Flatpaks that you installed that depend on it.
If you have installed no flatpak packages at all... and have no intention to - you can remove it all you want.
