I have read here
that someone was able to solve the problem by deleting
/config/kdeconnect.
do you know how i can delete it ?

I finally got it to work , turns out i had AP ISOLATION turned on my wifi router. that was the problem.
the solution is turning of AP ISOLATION In your router settings.
