SOLVED!
These entries are hardcoded into libzorinmenulite.so
Path: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/panel/plugins/
Downloaded the source code and commented lines that contains "quicklinks".

Compiled again and...
If anyone interested, i made upload of compiled bin:

Make backup of original file and put in place.
