I would try the 5.4 first. Then 5.8. Makes sense to go in linear order.

You can try
sudo apt install nvidia-driver-390 nvidia-dkms-390
I say this because it is the one that had the most recent support of the two.
But as your link also points out- that card is Kind of Funny - it may be using a different chipset than expected - which is why the system may be intelligently only offering the 340.
It installed... But I see that you still have not booted into either the 5.4 or 5.8 kernel...

Sorry for the delay, I am multi tasking here.
If you reboot, you may end up on 5.15 kernel. So, you need to Lock In the one you are using.

- We disabled nvidia-drm modesetting.
options nvidia-drm modeset=0 - Switched to an earlier kernel (5.4 or 5.8) that has support for your graphics (As it appears the later kernels dropped those drivers due to Nvidia dropping support)
- Installed the Nvidia 390 driver, which has the most recent support.
You can start a new thread to address these. You can install with
sudo apt install steam
You must already have Wine installed to install Lutris. Once Wine is installed;
sudo apt install lutris
