But it tells me this
Ok, try:
sudo update-initramfs -c -k $(uname -r)
"blacklist nouveau" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-nouveau.conf
bash: /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-nouveau.conf: Permission denied
how to fix it
I did sodu su to do the command:sudo echo "blacklist nouveau" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist-nouveau.conf
And i did that:sudo update-initramfs -c -k $(uname -r)
And when i reboot my pc a white page pop up and says something went wrong
And i tried to do sudo apt update and upgrade
In update it says failed to fetch ppa.launchpad and other things
In upgrade it says failed tp fetch archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/b/bolt_0.9.1-2~ubuntu20.04.1_amd64.deb temporary failed resolving 'eg.archive.ubuntu.com'
And there is unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?
Is there a fix for that?
Was it "Oh No! Something has gone wrong" Gnome message?
sudo apt --fix-missing
sudo apt --fix-broken install
Please post the output of
sudo apt update
In thread to examine the "Unable to fetch" messages.
Yes it was oh no something has gone wrong
And do u know how to upload more than 1mb photo?
Only by resizing the photo to be smaller.
This can mean the Gnome Desktop Environment crashed due to a failing extension.
Try
sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop
sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop
This command didn t work
Why is your terminal showing you as In Root and running sudo?
I went to recovery mode then root
Ah, I see.
If running in recovery, you must first Enable Networking
in the Recovery menu.
Then arrow key down to drop to prompt.
Since you are currently not connected to the internet, you cannot download or install packages.
How to enable networking?
Click on network then yes?
I enabled it and typed sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop
Sudo apt update
Sudo apt upgrade and still doesn't work
Do u know how i m gonna fix it?
