And i remember seeing in the requirements that they need gpu made in 2013 or 2014 and mine is made in 2014
i found a version it is called 384m
the 384 is a transitional package for nvidia-driver-390
and what does
nvidia-prime-applet
do
YO i think i found the solution read this article and tell me if it is the solution or not
https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?t=365298
i know that i don t have black screen because i reinstalled zorin os but he downloaded 390m
sudo apt-get install nvidia-driver-390 nvidia-settings
and he used this command
sudo apt-get install nvidia-prime-applet
nvidia-prime-applet is a gadget for the panel to switch between video cards.
what do u mean?
switch from 340 to 390?
It's used if you have two video cards in your PC like Nvidia and intel cards
so if i put this command i can change from intel to nvidia in additional drivers?
No, an icon appears in the panel to do that. But I don't think it will work on a Gnome DE. That you need to install Gnome Extension for your system and install something like this: Prime Indicator - GNOME Shell Extensions
what does this panel do?
and when i typed what does nvidia-prime-applet do it says
This Applet allows one to monitor whether the power consuming discrete graphics is on and display the nVidia GPU temperature, but only when it is enabled as monitoring the temperature requires the graphics processor to be turned on.
Ah, It's a monitoring app for your panel. It will not have any purpose for your system to work.
It's an addon to your panel, but only if you have 2 video cards in your computer.
and do i have 2?
You can type
sudo apt install inxi
inxi -G
to find out.

nvidia-prime-applet is a mint/cinnamon DE app and you need a nvidia driver that works outside the open source driver.
i get it now
when i saw temperature in the meaning i thought this was the solution
because when i downloaded 390m it works fine but my laptop freezes and aravisian told me its because of the temperature of the gpu
