I need help, I just installed OS17.1 it told me to reboot so I did so now im stuck on chrome os somthing went wrong and cant leave it or use a USB to boot up my only options are power off and trying to enter Dev mode doesn't work either

What kind of computer did you try to install Zorin on? You mentioned Chrome OS. Was it a ARM-based Chromebook? If so, Zorin will not work on ARM architecture computers.

It was arm it said the installation was complete, I also cant recover chrome os

You could try Debian for Arm Debian -- ARM Ports
