Can I suggest the option to custom nicer Icons like a round recycle bin in 18 to go with the themes or a selection to add more themes like ubuntu studio and make it really custom or selection to add more themes in software/settings

No reason to bloat things more up when you have a library of 1000s of icon themes at your disposal. You can get them here: Full Icon Themes - Gnome-look.org

Here is a help site how to install themes. Mostly I search for nice ones on gnome-look.org
Also make sure that the gnome extension user themes is enabled.
