OK found it .. it is currently set to RAID. Should I set it to AHCI or IDE? Or keep it at RAID?

People talking the problem is on bios. Update bios could fix that problem.

I updated the BIOS about 2 years ago, and my guess it is up to date because it is very old laptop workstation.

It should not affect your Linux install.
All my desktops and laptops are running Zorin with virtualization enabled enabled (I need it to run Windows VM).

You should check if AHCI will work. RAID is sometimes required for NVme.

I changed it to AHCI and did not help! I think the problem is related to display or video card because I can hear the sound of Zorin starting up but it just display that strange junk:
