Is Snapd Preinstalled in Zorin OS?

Is snapd enabled out of the box on Zorin OS? And are the preinstalled apps snap-based or traditional deb packages? Thanks

Yes, snapd is preinstalled, but no preinstalled apps are snap packages. Except for the Zorin themes which are also installed as flatpaks, all apps are apt (.deb) packages.
