As you can see in the picture, the program titles are not clearly visible. In addition, there is an unpleasant-looking white "shadow" behind them. Is this issue fixable?

This problem often appears when you use a third party theme at shell. You can try to set a Zorin dark theme for the shell.
Do You use Zorin 17 or 18?
If it is about the App Grid in specific, maybe writing a .css File could do it with the Value for it. But I'm not a .css Guy. Maybe another User here can give You the Instructions for it.
I could, of course, have provided more information. Light mode is on and the theme is ZorinBlue-Light. The extension I was experimenting with is Blur my Shell.
