It is still showing your Video card as Unclaimed.
Can you try a specific known driver?
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa
sudo apt update && sudo apt install nvidia-driver-430
Ensure that the 430 driver is selected in Software & Updates > Additional Drivers
Then run
sudo lshw -C video
and check if the card is still unclaimed.
OK, I ran the commands that you provided, but I have no idea after looking at the results in the terminal if the card is still "unclaimed"...
It now shows as claimed.
What does Nvidia-Settings do?
I checked after applying the changes, but it still doing the same thing. Was I supposed to have rebooted first?
It's ok, actually. Progress. I think that maybe the 430 driver does not offer the Prime Settings.
BUT... your Video Card is now being recognized and claimed.
