Mouse is weird until chvt change

Hello,
I just did fresh install of Zorin 16.1. It works but I have a annoying issue. When it boots. Mouse behaves weirdly. I can click on panel and launch an app (for example Firefox) but when I open second application mouse focus cannot change by mouse clicks. and the mouse is locked in the first app window (for example selection keeps selecting text from first window even if present in second window).
I have tried most solutions that I found online but only thing that works is changing to another chvt (for example Ctrl+Alt+F2) and than back to GUI (Ctrl+Alt+F7). using shortcuts or terminal to change chvt, it fixes the issue until next reboot.

Mouse is Logitech MX90
lists normally under lsusb

Can someone help me? It is PC for father in law, and I am not sure he would remember to change chvt after each boot.

Check This :-

If None Works try an update from the terminal, If that does not work too try reinstalling your video driver's

I have updated everything to latest. Mouse is correctly detected. Cursor is moving correctly just the clicks are registered wrong.

Unplugging and plugging the mouse does not help. Only chvt change does

I did not try reinstalling compiz since it is fresh install

when I tried enabling only second monitor I have no output on display (physically there is only one)

Also, To Reinstall the NVIDIA Drivers

dpkg -l | grep -i nvidia
sudo apt-get remove --purge '^nvidia-.*'

If Desktop Gone

sudo apt install --reinstall zorin-os-desktop

Then These

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:graphics-drivers/ppa

sudo apt-get install nvidia-driver-340 nvidia-settings

More problems. After removing the graphics drivers I get only black screen after reboot. And they are not on the given repo so I cannot reinstall them

Recovery mode works fortunately. Any other repo where I could get Nvidia-driver-340?
