My desktop icons get disorganized

My desktop icons get disorganized when the screen is locked or when I turn on the laptop after suspending it. That's all, nothing more. I’m using Xorg, but it also happens in Wayland.

I was thinking how to solve the problem of icons on the desktop rearranging by themselves and came up with 2 ideas.
