pls help me, my battery does not go up when i am charging it and using it at the same time. it only battery goes up when im not using it pls help asap
What make/model laptop do you have?
Are you dual-booting with Wndows? Is Fast Start-Up disabled in Windows Power settings?
Is BIOS up-to-date?
Is Secure Boot and Fast-Start disabled in BIOS?
Other users have had similar experience but I have not seen a specific fix. e.g. Unable to charge battery on Zorin
