After multiple issues, I hope this is the last one for this damned laptop, we got everything except for the sound.
Currently running with the following grub commands:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="i915.enable_psr=0 atkbd.reset=1 i8042.nomux=1 i8042.reset=1 i8042.nopnp=1 i8042.dumbkbd=1 quiet splash intel_iommu=on"
If you have any suggestions, do let me know, in the meanwhile I'm going to browse some other solutions

Try first;
alsamixer
To check the volume or if your card is muted.
Okay next is to check Pulse audio;
sudo apt install pavucontrol
pavucontrol
Try differently setups there.
Are all sound outputs silent. e.g. speakers, headphone etc?
From Alsamixer hit [F5] All.
then post another screenshot of all the sound channels.
Whilst in there, look for a sound channel called "Loop-back". Try toggling that from Disabled to Enabled.
Something weird showed up, it says my speakers are unplugged?
However, your problem could be a Ubuntu 20.04 bug. See this:
I wonder if you are willing to try Z15.3 and see if you get sound with that?
