Pro or Free? Neofetch shows OS: Zorin OS 16 x86_64

Know it has been addressed before but search did not reveal specific question. Do I have the Pro version I paid for and received a registration number or the free version? Neofetch shows: OS: Zorin OS 16 x86_64

If you paid for PRO, then you were sent a download link via email.

If you download Zorin OS 16 PRO via that email link, then you have PRO.

If you look at the ISO file name you downloaded, it will also confirm PRO in the filename title. Hope this helps!

I'm running Pro and Neofetch returns OS: Zorin OS 16 x86_64

Yep, thats normal. The zorin brothers still have to change that to pro.

Yep, thats normal for now. Additionally, if you go to Zorin Appearance, and if you see a total of 8-available layouts to choose from, you know you are on PRO as well. :wink:

Hello, I just purchased and installed Pro tonight and I do not have access to the additional layouts. Don't understand why.

@TabarnacST

Yes, Zorin-OS-16-Pro-64-bit.

The only thing I can think of is that I did have to modify the ISO... as per this forum thread:

So the checksum does pickup that a file was modified. But this is the only way I can install Zorin.
