Well, installed Zorin 9.1 Core 64-bit but even when I updated browsers could not post this:

This is Q4OS Plasma (codenamed 'Aquarius').
The machine requirements to run Plasma 5.27 are outstanding:
- Plasma Desktop Environment
- CPU: 1GHz
- RAM: 1GB
- Storage: 5GB of disk space

Interestingly, when you install 'Look Switcher' in Q40S, unlike other Plasma based Distributions where you only get the top three shown, you get a raft of others in Q4OS:
And you can choose a wide range of other DE's too!:

I absolutely love that bar at the top, with the dock at the bottom.
but wait.. is the top one the taskbar and the bottom one a gnome extension?

The top is taskbar, the bottom one is Plank with gnome plank extension.
