Alternatives would mean a change of DE, but Plasma widgets ain't what they used to be. When Cairo-Dock worked well, that had some good CPU/RAM widgets but not as detailed as Conky.
I particularly like MX-Linux for it's Conky Toggle switch.

Where's the any key????
Maybe not all of it but it is my test conky. I'm trying to learn at least the basics, seeing what I can and can't do and how to do it. As far as full screen windows why even bother with wallpaper?
M$ charges extra for that.
Crucial additional hardware, which is most times forgotten during purchase.
It is time do add it to each computer as default:
The key that every computer user actually needs, but is missing on every keyboard: The Any Key. Finally, you can properly respond to the prompt "Press any key to continue"!
This looks nice
Just been thinking about this (being Mr. Pedantic), proper English would state:
"Press the any key to continue". ![]()
Hmm ... I think this Puppet looks a bit creepy, hahaha!
Even worse, hahaha!
I am not an Apollo fan. Was as a youngster before I became aware of "Operation Paperclip". The creator of Appollo Saturn V was the same Nazi Scientist who designed the "Doodle Bug", the V2, fired against London in the Second World War, no thanks to Herr von Braun.
Honestly yeah lol, pink with a mix of other colours often looks cool, whether it be on Zorin OS or Windows 11 ![]()
Very minimistic.
Actually, I didn't post this because of the Apollo program. I use EndeavourOS, and while I was browsing the wallpapers in their GitHub repository, I came across this image and liked it, so I decided to use it.
