Software store stuck download screen

I have been waiting for at least 1 hour. (CHATGPT TRANSLATE)

Your replies between attempted fixes are not one hour apart.

I downloaded the operating system yesterday, and the store opened immediately within a maximum of 10 seconds, but now it won't open at all. I've kept it open in the background as long as I could. (CHATGPT TRANSLATE)

If you had run this command:

killall gnome-software

It would have closed it.

I'm typing that command, then writing the necessary commands, and then I immediately reopen the store. Didn't it work? I'm sending the store to the background. (CHATGPT TRANSLATE)

So with each attempt, you must relaunch the store, correct?
Letting it run while you continue troubleshooting to see if it completes is a smart thing, yes.

But I still haven't reached a solution. (CHATGPT TRANSLATE)

not working :((

Have you rebooted your computer?

I'm doing it right away. (CHATGPT TRANSLATE)

It worked this time, but it didn't help when I did it before. So you must have done something extra. Anyway, thanks for your help!
