Software updater failed to download Package Files

Hi.
Following a full reinstall of Zorin OS 18, I tried to update system software using the software updater App and received the following error message:

Failed to download package files
check your internet connection

I am able to view web pages and WiFI appears to be working correctly. I was able to update tethering my phone. This would suggest a WIFI issue Does anyone have any advice to fix this.

I have just run a speed test from my iMac running Zorin OS 18 core and it reported a download speed of 420 mbps.

Thank you for your help.

Go to Software&Updates>Zorin Software and there at
"Download from" set main server, or if it doesn't work, another server.
You can click on "choose the best server" to find a good one.

Hi @Forpli

There were further updates this evening which installed over WiFi with no issue. I am unsure what the issue was earlier today. I will not make any changes and see how things go,

Thank you for your help.

I would return to "Main Server" when things have settled down. Maybe yesterday's global Microsoft Azure issues were in some way responsible for download issues.
