"something went wrong" download to macos using Brave and no VPN

Hello

Im trying to download the 18Pro but about halfway into the download it fails with the message "something went wrong".

Im running Brave with no VPN.

My goal is to open in balenaEtcher and then on to a OWC SSD partition on my iMAC 2017.

Any suggestions?

Edit: Sorry, I misunderstood you. This solution only helps when you upgrade the system with the upgrader tool and get errors.

To expand on @Forpli's suggestion:

You can install Zorin OS Core, since the Pro Download is a larger .iso. Being much larger, some users may run into Etcher trouble.
Once Core is installed, launch the Zorin Updrader tool and use your Pro Purchase License to 'upgrade" to Pro.
