shutdown taking long time showing dark brown screen,I have searched about that , and i found they talk about press f2 during shutdowning to see what happen, I get that result
move /etc/cron.d/collect elsewhere (in my home directory, so as to try before deleting it forever).
or using Bleachbit app as adminstrator to do that clean.(i used that like in pic of link2 and worked me after the second shutdown.)
