You can use gparted to delete all partitions Except the EFI partition - Do Not Delete That One, then expand your free space into one partition.
Um, what does the EFI partition do? Will it destroy your system when deleted?

yeah, just make a new one. But the O.P. currently seems to have enough troubles as it is.
