Hello, I have a problem with ZorinOS, after installing the operating system in my computer, when I try to start it it gets stuck in the logo

Can you please check #3, #4, #5 here: USB boot install and then confirm that all are disabled?
I don’t have windows 10, before installing Zorin I was in ubuntu 18.04
