If you're referring to the system information itself, and not the font color, that's a program called neofetch. You can install with:
sudo apt install neofetch

As an aside, while neofetch still works fine, it hasn't seen any updates in quite a while. An alternative exists called fastfetch:
But if you really want to have a red font you can do so from the terminal Preferences -> Select your Profile -> Colors, and customize the text color from there.
