Bom dia, instalei e está funcionando o team viewer 12, possuo uma conta licenciada, eu executo o team viewer, logo a minha conta e coloco para manter conectado.
Ao reiniciar a máquina ou os serviços do team viewer ele volta com a aba computadores e contatos desconectada.

Are you using Wayland or XOrg? Try to switch to Xorg at loginscreen (cogwheel).

Hi, and welcome to Zorin OS!

One possible reason for this is the use of Wayland, the default display server used by Zorin OS. According to the Team Viewer documentation, this is still in experimental support. So, you could try to switch to Xorg instead, and see if that makes any difference.

To do that, you'll need to log out of your account and use the cog wheel icon on the lower right corner, and select "Zorin Desktop on Xorg":

Then, launch TeamViewer and set it up again the way you prefer. To test it, restart once more to see if the changes persist.

If this does not help, I'd suggest to contact their support team directly, since this is an application-specific issue anyway.

Sim inicialmente o teamviewer so funcionou após ativar o xorg, agora ele funciona normalmente mas a cada acesso preciso conectar a conta, nao salva nem o email para o proximo login

Sim, utilizei essa documentação para fazer ele funcionar, mas a questão agora é a falta de praticidade que a cada uso preciso conectar essa conta novamente.

Sim eu vi, mas é de dezembro de 2024, sem retorno até então, eu tenho ele em uma VM Mint e funciona corretamente, vou ver mas acho que este projeto Zorin não vai continuar, presto suporte remoto e o Team viewer é a ferramenta principal, tanto que tenho licenciado a versão 12, testei na 15 e também não funciona parece ser falta de permissão apenas daquela segunda aba computadores e contatos que abre junto com o team viewer

It's possible that the current version of Ubuntu that Zorin OS uses (Ubuntu 22.04) is not well supported. Mint at this point is based on Ubuntu 24.04, which might explain the bug. Zorin OS 18 will be released in the coming months, and will be based in Ubuntu 24.04, so you might want to circle back and give it another try then.

However, I must insist once again that you should reach out for any support queries to TeamViewer's support team. They advertise their software as being compatible with Ubuntu 22.04, at least for Team Viewer Classic at version 15, and you are a paying customer of theirs.

I understand you have a licensed version. I tend to shy away from Team Viewer as after having helped a colleagues daughter to install an AVSuite on Windows I was bombarded by spam from them to get me to take out a license. Currently using Help Wire instead.
