Terminal doesnt open after installing python 3.11

i recently moved to zorin os and i wanted to code python programmes so i tried updating python 3.8 to 3.11... it worked but later when i tried opening terminal , it wont open. i tried ctrl +alt +t and also main menu.. please help me .. urgent
