Hey I'm new here.
i´ve come quite a long way.
I have a few problems I can´t figure out.
When I type sudo apt update in the terminal, I get a message.
5 packages not upgraded.
Okay, so I type apt list --upgradable, and I see a list of packages.
Then I type sudo apt upgrade
But nothing happens.
Just to be sure, I also tried sudo apt dist-upgrade, but that doesn't work either.
also I have a problem with my head phone JBL 670NC
I have Bluetooth turned on, but I can't connect to my headphones, even though my phone shows that they're connected.

I think these could be hold back Packages. To be sure about that, could You post the complete Output of sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade please? Or make a Screenshot of it.
Because of Your Bluetooth Issue: I see, You use Plasma as Desktop and it runs in Wayland. Because of this older Plasma Version, I would suggest to switch to X11/Xorg instead and see if it works then.
BlueTooth I don't think Bluetooth is that important; I can also connect my headset with a cable.
My phone doesn't really like connecting via Bluetooth either, but I thought it might be a little safer than Windows.
Did You had Synaptic active when You typed that in Terminal? I ask because of the Messages at the End.
But the Part before shows indeed hold bacl Packages. Normally, You should see what Packages these are but there are these Messages. If You have Synaptic open, close it and type it again.
I noticed you have VPN enabled. You can't use KDE Connect if VPN is on.
In respect of Bluetooth, do you know which version of Blutooth the headphones use? There are additional packages in Synaptic Package Manager, one for BT5 and one for BT6:
This can happen when the Updates are ready but other Stuff might not be ready. So, these Packages are hold back. Normally after a couple Days they will be installable. So, simply wait a bit.
the other List with those big Amount of Packages are one that were installed but now are no longer needed. Theoretically, You could remove them with sudo apt autoremovebut: Because You have installed a different Desktop Environment, it could be that deleting them could cause Issues depending for what these Packages are. Especially becaise I see a lot of Libary Packages.
Did You installed and uninstalled a lot of Stuff in the Past?
yes I uninstalled KDE and some apps I hadn't installed, but those are probably included in certain packages.
It should be gone in a few days; I'm just going to run sudo apt autoremove one more time.
I only want the apps I actually use, and I'll delete the rest.
