Ubuntu LTS Upgrad 22.04

How can i remove these?

Now open the "Software and updates" app and switch to Main server. The list @Storm gave you is the denmark (i think?) mirrorlist. If you don't live in denmark you should use the main.

I live in Sweden?

How should i change it because now i have problem to update?

Open the "Software and Updates" app.
Post a screenshot, I'll help you.

You should still use the Main Server. Here is the Main server sources.list contents:

Copy @Aravisian
code and paste it to your sources.list

So, you should:

sudo mv /etc/apt/sources.list /home/$USER/backup.list.bak

Then:

sudo touch /etc/apt/sources.list

Then:

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

and paste there the @Aravisian 's summary. Then,

sudo apt update
