Anybody know one that will work. Thank You
Asus:
But be sure to read all posts in that guide.
I sure will thank you. I'm going to use it for music to attach earbuds to my desktop.
Just double-check what earbuds are supported in Ubuntu 24.04 as that is what Zorin is based on and also contact Asus if they know of any earbuds that don't work with that dongle.
For earbuds I’d keep it boring: buy from somewhere with easy returns and avoid adapters that advertise a required Windows driver. Most simple USB Bluetooth 5.x dongles that show up as a standard controller should pair fine, but audio quality also depends on PipeWire/codec support, not only the dongle. After plugging it in, check lsusb and bluetoothctl list; if Zorin sees the controller there, the rest is usually pairing/profile selection rather than a special driver.
Never even though if the earbuds would work. I think I'm just going to stick with my plug in headphones they work, but thank you much.
