You can run
sudo lsof -i -P -n | grep LISTEN
To check what is using one of the ports normally used by Zorin Connect (1714-1764).

Apparently I installed kdeconnect which was interfering with Zorin Connect.

Yes, they can interfere with each other to the point of breakage, so if you are on Pro or Core, you will want to fully remove KDE-Connect.

lol way ahead of you. As soon as I saw that port I sudo apt remove'd it
