should I just update too 17?

Using Software & Updates > Other software, remove the Wine Jammy repository.
Once it is removed, in terminal run

sudo apt update

sudo dpkg --configure -a

so I just restarted my pc for the 5th time and it just automatically started working again like normal?????????!!!!!!!!!!!
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

I had unsupported updates checkmarked which I unchecked before I took these screenshots

You can checkmark "Unsupported updates" and "Canonical Partners" if you want to. They are not required, but can sometimes be helpful to ensure getting all necessary packages or dependencies if you happen to use some software that relies on them.

I do not see wine any longer in your sources. That solves the issue of the mismatched repository. If you do want Wine installed and use Wine, please be sure to only add the Focal repository for Zorin OS 16.

how would I add that?

You probably already have the directory created since you previously had the repos, but I will give the full steps:
Create a key directory:

sudo mkdir -pm755 /etc/apt/keyrings

Add the Wine Keyring:
sudo wget -O /etc/apt/keyrings/winehq-archive.key https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key
Add the wine Focal Repository (Zorin OS 16):
sudo wget -NP /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/ubuntu/dists/focal/winehq-focal.sources
(The wget package gets packages fromn the Web)
Update your sources after adding the wine source repository:

sudo apt update

Install Wine:

sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-stable
