In my search for the right solution, I’ve tested countless systems since 2013—all still running on Windows: from classic CMS platforms like WEB-PHP, PHP-Fusion, and WordPress to website builders like Zeta Producer (which doesn’t run on Linux) and, most recently, Webador. So far, I haven’t been truly satisfied with any of them.
Finally free from programming and website builders: shout-fm.de is now 100% built entirely in HTML!
Very impressive! Nice to navigate around too. That's the first time I've ever chosen to listen to a Boyzone song!!

I am impressed. I am either too scared or to lazy to write html code (perhaps both!

I used to use Serif WebPlus 8 which was good for its time, but it used http in its coding, not https which meant manually correcting for links to other sites.
So I went with my host's web designer which allows me to preview Desktop, Tablet and Smartphone views before publishing (Desktop view on Smartphone browser):

Well I decided to go with "Don't think different, think better"©😁
I don't think anyone could accuse you of being lazy. 
It has nothing to do with fear or laziness; starting over always means more work. But I just didn't feel like paying the high prices for website builders anymore and being tied to them.
That's why I changed everything, and now I'm happy
