Everything here looks normal. Are you on Zorin OS 18?

yes im in zorin 18, basically need install

Were you using the Updater?
Or installing?
The below looks to me like you were trying to install Wine.

This is the software is trying to install that is giving the error:

i did run a .exe file and sent me to download Winapp

Can you run

sudo apt --fix-broken install

If that errors out, run

sudo apt remove --purge zorin-windows-app-support

sudo apt clean && sudo apt autoremove

sudo apt update && sudo apt fullupgrade

That should resolve the current issue.

However, there is a break in packaging dependencies at this time for Wine (Or Zorin Windows App Support) that I have reported to the developers.

You might want to run 'apt --fix-broken install' to correct these.

im uninstalling wine to see if that fixed it

Yes- that was what I intended

to do...

Since you had said that it was installed when you clicked on an .exe app.

Also try

sudo apt purge libdecor-0-plugin-1-gtk:i386

Yup that one fix it. I guess no wine for tonight. Thank you, my Linux expertise have increase to level 2.

Yes, there is no such package as ibgtk-3-0t64:i386, but the maintainers of Wine seem to have set it as a dependency - creating this conflict.

I'm having error "E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem. " when trying to install Wine and Winetricks.

Tried the command from the error message but Terminal does't recognise it.

You may need sudo:

sudo dpkg --configure -a

Yes, the terminal can and will recognize the command.
