Zorin is Appealing

I will look into that. Do you take it like on a spoon or add it to drink? My dad used to chew Pumpkin seeds but never knew if he swallowed them. The bugbear here is they are sold in plastic wrap so if you open them you have to get a storage jar.

I get it. Sometimes you have to use what is out there to help. I rescued a dog down the road from us. But we saw this daily. And we just went down to ask. As you can tell. We have him.

Exactly.
I do not like Pineapple on Pizza. It is just... not for me.
But this does not mean someone who does is wrong.
Using instagram or Facebook can be beneficial and valuable for many people.

When we address the pitfalls of social media, target marketing, data collection -being the product, not the customer... These are valid observations of the system in place by those institutions. Not a judgement of people using it properly, sanely and responsibly.

I can see how comments of those of us not on social media may sound like "Yay, we are part of an exclusive club of 'better than' people."
But I do not think it was intended that way at all. I think the intent was to stand against the other side of harm and damage that Social Media is involved in.

Pineapples doesn't belong on a Pizza. That is the simple Truth.

Thought pictures would work better. This is what I take. Now over here in the States I get it from Piping Rock. But there has to be something similar over there. I take 2 everyday. When I hit 40. I was getting up and going 3-4; maybe 5 times during the night. Now maybe 1. Does many other things too.

Took me a while. But everybody has their views. Europeans been around longer.

I would like to add something here. When I first started with Linux, then this forum. After the crazy problems of getting things ironed out. I thought this was mostly a help forum for Linux problems. Still is. But as the topics start to take their own form. I have seen that we are not only connected by Linux. But we are sharing and talking about everything. And helping each other out. Outside of Linux Problems/Questions. When we can. This is our own Social "Networking". And I am so grateful to be part of it.

Many thanks. Not available here (that brand). There is a vitamin store that sells a few of these products. In the end went on on-buy as they sell Vegan version. (I avoid gelatine like the plague).

It was 17 weeks since I'd logged into Facebook. I have found helppppppp advertising the dogs for re-homing though, so it's been worthwhile.

Confession here: I like pineapple of pizza! Specifically, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms and pineapple. I grew up in England and we would have pineapple on gammon, cranberries with turkey and apples with pork, so it wasn't a huge leap to pineapple with ham, known as a "Hawaian", or pepperoni. We also eat fruit with bread and cheese... :face_with_tongue:

Good to hear you found homes for the dogs. Being over here in the States. What is gammon?

Ah, I've found help to advertise them but they're still in the pens awaiting new homes. Hopefully, not for too much longer.

Gammon is the hind leg of pork (bone removed) that has been cured (by dry-salting, brining, or smoking) but is sold raw, so requires cooking before eating. It's glazed and baked in the oven. It's also sold as steaks, often served with a pineapple ring or a fried egg on top. Very tasty!

Ok, Thanks for letting me know. Good thing the dogs are being taken care of. And hopefully they are with good people.

I installed Zorin OS yesterday. I like it.
I tried Linux Mint a few years ago but didn't get on with it.
There's something about Linux that's exciting and calming.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Really glad you like Zorin_OS.I tried Minta few years ago too, I didn't get on with it either, so I've been using Zorin ever since. I keep thinking I should try some other distros but to be honest, when Zorin does what I want it to, why bother?
