Zorin OS 16 Core random freezing on Nvidia

You can use Gnome Tweak Tool

sudo apt install gnome-tweaks

Launch gnome tweak tool and move to the extensions, then select the extension in question. I think it might be Zorin Dash... But I do not use Zorin Core (Gnome D.E.) so I cannot verify this real fast.
Under the Behavior tab, Click actions, you should be able to cycle through the behaviors changing it away from "Show Window Previews"

There also may be a gsetting for this.

Yes, it's that, right-click the taskbar > Tasbar Settings > Behavior > disable Show Window Previews.

Thanks - I did not realize the Zorin-added extension has that option already. No Gnome Teaks needed.
Wow, the ZorinGroup did a good job on Zorin OS 16 Gnome.

Sadly, I had the same issue with Zorin OS lite.

I am switching to win10 to see If something similar will occur like blue screen.

Thank you for trying to help me

Well, this does narrow it down to being more likely Nvidia Card and not the Desktop Environment.

Have you tested the Nvidia 515 (Proprietary) driver?

If still no good and that you are experiencing this across a broad range of OS's, D.E.'s and drivers - I would begin to suspect the hardware itself.

I have tried with different nvidia driver versions 470, 525,530,535 same thing.

If the issue still occurs in win10 then is hardware problem!

UPDATED:After installing updates and nvidia driver with them, The freezing happened with blue screen.

-What do you think issue coming from?

I didn't clean my pc for a long time, because of good temps.

So do you think the dust is the cause of this issue?

You could try cleaning the contacts for the PCI connection on the Nvidia Graphics card. It is Worth Trying. But I suspect that the hardware itself is likely where the fault is.
