Yes it does look good - more important substantive performance improvements and updates to tools. The improved search function is awesome.

Btw, switching from beta to full release (core or pro) is possible without clean install ?
The installer crashes on me... I will try different things to see if I can get around it.

I have to say. I enjoy watching the thrill people have seeing/working on 17 for the 1st time. An experience long awaited.... And, what a good group to have working at finding the bugs. Cheers to you all.

After some testing on a VM i think its nice looking and i like the changes. Especially new app store and activities. I'll also look at now beta versions and most probably I'm gonna install it when the stable release comes out.
I'm in. Disabling 3rd party drivers got me passed.
