Zorin OS freezes (crashes) spontaneously

I have a new device, an HP Elitedesk 705 G4 Mini. It has an AMD Ryzen 5 2400GE, 16GB of RAM, and an integrated Radeon Vega 11 GPU. This last detail is important because since I started using it, I installed Zorin as the only operating system, and honestly, it runs perfectly (except for the system animations, which are extremely slow, but I think this is something inherent to Zorin 17, as I've experienced it on other PCs that exceed the system's minimum requirements). However, spontaneously, the system crashes and freezes, with the screen stuck and the background audio looping, leaving no option but to restart.

In the system logs, the only hardware error that appears after each freeze is:
amdgpu 0000:0a:00.0: amdgpu: GPU reset begin!
Along with other logs indicating that some CPU cores get locked for a seemingly random amount of time.

With such new computer, I would try a newer kernel.

EDIT: Here's a guide: How to upgrade Zorin 16.2 to a newer kernel

That isn't really a new APU. It is older than mine. So, the Kernel shouldn't be the Problem. But it could be worth a Try.

@Jesusito: How are You Display Settings are set up? I mean Resolution, Refresh Rate and Fractional Scaling. You can find that in Settings>Displays

Another Option would be switching to Xorg. To do that, go to the Login Screen (not the Lock Screen). simply reboot for that. On the Login Screen click on Your Profile so that the Password Field appears. It has to be appeared. When it is appeared, You should see in the bottom right Corner a Gear Icon. Click on it and choose the Optin ''Zorin desktop on Xorg'' and then log in and test if it works.

The configuration is set to 1920x1080 at 60Hz with no fractional scaling.

Regarding the use of Xorg, it's the default one I'm using. With Wayland, the system performed much worse, especially in system animations.

Okay, is this Issue only on specific Program or happens it in general independent from the used Program?

And because it is an APU: How many RAM did You gave it in the BIOS?

It happens in any program, it's random.

In the BIOS, I assigned it 512MB.

Try it with increasing to 2GB if possible.

HP BIOS only allows a maximum of 512mb

Ah, okay. Hmm ... Do you have System Animations active? If yes, try it with deactivated Animations. Or: Try Zorin Lite instead of Core.

I always have animations disabled because in Zorin 17 Core they have become absurdly heavy, but the main issue is the spontaneous crashes. This happens in any version of Zorin I use (Core, Lite). I think it must be related to the GPU drivers since in Windows 11 the computer works perfectly without any crashes or GPU issues.

I have a 3200G and have bo Problems. But I can set up in BIOS 2GB for my integrated Graphics.

And the Drivers for AMD are included in the Kernel. So, You could try to take a newer Kernel or an older one.

"By default, my BIOS only supports 512MB of VRAM or less. If changing the kernel can help, could you give me a link to a page to do it?"

It can help, but don't have to. But to say that clear: A different Kernel can't make that Your BIOS is able to give Your integrated Graphics more RAM; for that, You could try it with a BIOS Update and see if this maybe give You the Possibility. If you want to try it with a different Kernel, here are some Help:

And here a Video for a GUI Program (it is an older one but explains it well in my Opinion):
