Zorin Os won't start, "Out of Scale"

I installed Zorin OS normally using an Nvidia driver option. After installation, it restarts like any other operating system and, upon starting, the monitor screen goes black with "Out of Scale" written in the center of the screen.
NOTE: I have tried it without the Nvidia drivers and had the same problem..

That message on the screen is displayed by your monitor, not by Zorin OS. So this means your monitor is not supporting or accepting the screen resolution or refresh rate being output.
Normally, I would suggest trying the things you have already tried, such as Safe Graphics or Changing graphics drivers.

Can you go through the settings on your monitor (Accessible by buttons on the monitor itself) and see if you can adjust its range?

I discovered that the error is after installing the Nvidia drivers, I installed the graphics in safe mode and it was normal, when I updated the video card drivers and restarted the operating system it presented the same error.

This is interesting.
If willing, can you please post the output of

sudo lshw -C video

I would like to see if you are using Nouveau or Nvidia drivers. Or llvmpipe.

I would think that safe graphics would be modesetting.

When installing the operating system by selecting the option with drivers, the error occurred when restarting the system. I installed it again without selecting the option with driver and it worked normally. I installed the driver using the update software option, I chose the first option and the error appeared again. This error also occurs when installing Ubuntu 25. It did not occur with Mint 22.

So, it appears that the 550 driver works and the 570 does not?

May or may not be germane to this specific case, but the early 570s were problematic enough even on Windows for users to roll back to offerings late in the 560s. If a newer 57x is available, it may be worth trying that.

exactly

A friend sent it to me to do it. If it works, return here. "install the Nvidia 570 driver, and before rebooting, add the parameter "nvidia-modeset.hdmi_deepcolor=0" to the end of the parameter line in the /etc/default/grub file. After that, run the command "sudo grub2-mkconfig" to apply the parameter on the next boot, and reboot. There are some random memory problems that cause this error, but what seems to be most common is the fact that the Nvidia driver comes with DeepColor mode enabled by default and some monitors are not compatible. I discovered this recently and have already reported it to Nvidia."

i installed the Nvidia driver 570, and before restarting, add the parameter "nvidia-modeset.hdmi_deepcolor=0" at the end of the parameter line of the file /etc/default/grub. After that, run the command "sudo grub2-mkconfig" to apply the parameter on the next boot, and restart.
