I've been doing a but of research into to Applications included with Zorin Pro, and many of the tools Adobe Premiere Pro,Cinema 4D, etc are really expensive licenses! Like hundred's of dollars each. Many of these tools have a "free" version which works for 3-7 days, some don't. Just about all the Windows software has annual contracts, monthly fees.
Cinema 4D is $70/Month or $840/Year on going License
Adobe InDesign is $23/Month
Adobe Premiere Pro is $23/Month
I'm if I get Zorin Pro will these tools be active (and free) for the life of my use with Zorin Pro?

Zorin OS Pro does not include Adobe Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, etc. These are proprietary licensed software that are often paid for by subscription and none of these are included in or a part of Zorin OS Pro.
I can see what led you to believe that they are.
The wording on the Zorin OS webpage states that Zorin OS Pro includes alternatives to the following expensive software - That is to say; the free open source versions that are equal to that costly software.
To provide a tangible example: I could say that GIMP is the free cost alternative to the costly Photoshop.
So what you would get is GIMP, not Photoshop.
Bundled with alternatives to over $5,000 of professional software.
Much of this software truly is as good as the costly software. But this does not apply equally in all things and opinions can get quite divided on some of them. It's a pretty fair fifty-fifty split over whether GIMP equates to Photoshop with some of us stating that it does if you learn to unlock its potential and others vehemently saying it is nowhere near.
What that page is saying is that you could spend as much as $5,000 USD on that proprietary and costly software
OR
You can use the bundled alternative software included in Zorin OS Pro.
