Everytime I try to install anything from the zorin store it is stuck on Installing 0%..
Does anyone know how to deal with that?

The first couple of time you don't see any process (it's a bug). Given it some time

killall gnome-software
rm -rf ~/.cache/gnome-software
Launch Software store and test. If still no good, check if Flatpak needs to be refreshed.

I noticed it sometimes either but so far it was just an appearance, the software was really installing “behind the scenes”, so, as Storm said, just wait a moment more and it should install.
