Bonjour,
Les dossiers partagés Zorin 18 ne fonctionnent pas très bien, difficile à atteindre et surtout très lents.
Est-ce qu'il est prévu une modification de l'OS afin d'avoir le même confort que Zorin 17.
Ce problème m'empêche d'installer définitivement la cette nouvelle version.

Unfortunately, the cause of this problem has not yet been found and solved in Zorin 18.

I'm new to Zorin. I installed Zorin 17 core a couple of weeks ago and was making some headway but 18 came out so instead of waiting for the upgrade I did a fresh install of 18 core.
I've been stuck all day trying to solve a problem creating a samba share on nautilus. This is the error I get.

You could take a Look at this:
I have a SYNOLOGY NAS drive which has worked very well for my home. Able to setup private home directories and shared. Here is a wonderful video tutorial showing exactly how to do this. Very easy to follow. He has a Synology setup he uses as his example, but it should be straight forward for any smb setup.

We have been researching this issue and have identified a workaround for it. You can learn how to apply this workaround by viewing the following post:
We have been researching this issue and suspect that there may be an interaction between AppArmor and Samba which is causing this issue on some systems with Zorin OS 18.
In order to resolve this issue, please try opening the Terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T) and entering this command:
sudo apt remove apparmor-profiles
Afterwards, please restart your computer to apply the workaround. You should now be able to use Samba normally.
