Your drive isn't recognized at all.
Which tool did you use to create the bootstick?
Is your BIOS set to AHCI or RAID?
Is your BIOS set to legacy or UEFI?
Can you please answer the question, if secure boot, fast boot and fast startup are disabled? It is important.
