Hello i am Lysander

Hello All Community Member,

I feel happy to be here and join the discussions around Zorin OS; My name is Lysander and I have been using Linux based systems for a while now.

I am interested in customizing my setup & learning more about how to get the most out of Zorin OS.
I want to share and gain some knowledge & I want to create my own discussion to resolve my query and gain some knowledge though I have taken part in various discussion which is definitely helped me a lot.

If there are any recommended threads or resources for newcomers. please share

Thank you....

You may start here

As well as

Browsing the Tutorials & Guides subforum can be useful, along with examining issues raised in General Help and Hardware Support. By reading solutions as well as trying to solve issues not your own, it helps to teach the system and how to follow the logic.

Welcome to the Forum!

If You are interested in customizing Your System the ''Share Your Desktop'' Thread could give You maybe some Inspiration (it is a VERY long Thread, so You need a bit Time):

Welcome to the fun of customizing and staying up until 3am trying to fix the things that you screwed up throughout the day!

You're gonna love it

Thank you @Storm for welcome! :slightly_smiling_face:

Absolutely @zenzen sometimes that is just how it goes :man_shrugging: Thank you for the encouragement & I am excited to learn and see what I can bring to the discussion.

Hey @applecheeks37 thank you for welcome

@Aravisian Thank you so much for guidance

My best friend has remarked, as much as I've been breaking, fixing, reinstalling, distro hopping (and always returning to Zorin so far) that they're glad I have a hobby. Honestly, as I've told a couple of people, it's like the fun I had back in the early 90s, getting used to screwing up and fixing MS-DOS all over again.
