How to get live wallaper without the weird terminal thing

/home/marc/Videos/LiveWallpaper/nameofvideoclip.mp4

like this ?

xwinwrap -fs -fdt -ni -b -nf -- mpv -wid WID --no-audio --loop "/home/marc/Videos/LiveWallpaper/Kenpachi.mp4"

You have to change the command string of this is you want to switch video clip.

u mean later on if i want another video

Yes, just make sure there are no spaces between the path lines

aight i will test restart and get back to you

correct.

By the way did you installed the proper software?

wich one?

mpv and xwinwrap.

where those in the post u linked before? if yes then yes i did download them if no then no

okay. lets run a test first;

xwinwrap -fs -fdt -ni -b -nf -- mpv -wid WID --no-audio --loop "/home/marc/Videos/LiveWallpaper/Kenpachi.mp4"

X Error of failed request: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter)
Major opcode of failed request: 20 (X_GetProperty)
Resource id in failed request: 0x10002d5
Serial number of failed request: 67
Current serial number in output stream: 67

TRy again there was a spelling error in the command.

Note there's different on lower and upper case letters in Linux.

what was the error

No idea, as I havn't encountered it before, but I noticed an error in the command.

what do i do now?

Lets check this file again;

cat /usr/local/bin/Live.sh

cat: /usr/local/bin/Live.sh: No such file or directory

i don't think ctrl + o worked here because after that some stuff came up in the bottom of the terminal like options to save as what and i didn't press anything
