Installer keep getting crashed

about this Zorin os lite, I keep trying but during the installer phase right before selecting pc name and password, installer keep getting crashed,
Anything I can do about this problem.

If you have installed zorin 16...check the sha256 checksums here instead:

and you can verify it using the method that is described in the tutorial..
